Louisville’s Fair Housing Law Resources (Effective March 1, 2021):
The Louisville Metro Council approved an ordinance in March 2021 eliminating housing discrimination based on homeless status, prior military service, lawful source of income (including Section 8 housing status), and conviction history or arrest history.
